Welcome to Grace on Parade, the ministry website of author, speaker and Bible study facilitator, Karen Wingate. I’m so glad you came for a visit.
God’s grace is available to everyone – including you! He longs to lavish His unconditional love on you. His greatest desire is to enable you to share His abundant grace with the people you know and love. And there’s a lot of people out there in our world who need that lavish grace.
Let’s do it together!
Within this website you’ll find:
The Grace on Parade blog. You’ll find stories of God at work in the world and reflections of His glory in the lives of believers.
Writing News. Keep connected with my current writing projects, enjoy historical trivia I gleam as I work on my latest historical novel, or interact with me on research questions for my novels or articles. Writing is a team effort and I value my readers’ input.
Bible Study Network: Under the auspices of the Roseville Christian Church, I lead a bible study network of two on-site bible studies, one online group, and an at-home study group. Sometimes I use my own material; other times we use already published books. Come join the fun and excitement! Each week, I share what we’re studying and the lessons we’re learning.
Recipes: Looking for a good recipe to take to a pot luck or share with a hurting friend? Curious about recipes from a bygone era? Wondering about a dish I talk about in my blog or one of my books? I’m passionate about using food as a ministry tool. If you’re looking for a recipe you can use to bless others, check here.
Prayer Closet: Would you pray for me? Writing is ministry. Speaking is ministry. Anyone involved in ministry knows obstacles liter the path, trying to discourage us from moving forward to do what God calls us to. My weekly updates will keep you informed about what I’m doing, how God is at work, and how you can intercede.
About Karen: You can learn more about my writing and Bible study ministry here, what I’m passionate about, and what makes me tick. You might catch a cute photo or two of Tuesday, the household famous Welsh Corgi.

Together, we can intensify that sweet smelling aroma that attracts people to faith in Jesus and to the hope Christ gives through His offer of everlasting life.
